As we are NOW OPEN by Appointment Only we would like to let all our brides know the strict measures we have set in place for everyone’s safety.

Please be reassured that despite everything, our aim is to make your wedding dress shopping experience with us fun, enjoyable and stress free!

We usually offer a walk in service and love welcoming large bridal parties however due to government guidelines we will be working by APPOINTMENT ONLY for the foreseeable future.

To book an appointment to find your dream wedding dress/accessories or to collect your gown – please call 01609 774199. Feel free to leave a voicemail with your name and number if needed and we shall get back to you asap!

Appointments are limited to 1 bride and 3 guests which will allow us to adhere to social distancing measures. Unfortunately we ask you not to bring children to our store during this time. We are more than happy for you to set up a zoom call with your bridal party to get them involved and help you make the final dress decision so feel free to bring your laptop/iPad!

All our staff will be wearing a face mask and gloves and we require all of our customers to do so too. We will be providing disposable gloves but are happy for you to bring your own face mask. Non touch hand sanitiser dispensers will be in place. Social distancing measures are encouraged with floor markings in place.

Do I need an appointment to visit your store?

YES, please call us and we can book you in to retry your dress and take it home with you!
