A. An appointment is preferred Monday to Friday but walk-ins are welcome between 10am and 3pm, We do not charge for weekday and Sunday Appointments.
Weekends are appointment only- We charge a consultation fee for Saturday Bridal Appointments of £35, This will include a bottle of prosecco for the bridal party.
A typical appointment is for 90 minutes. The first 30 minutes will be for you to look around our store and choose some styles to begin trying on, then the consultant will help you for the remaining 60 minutes and get an idea of your likes and dislikes and suggest further styles. All our dresses are available to buy and take away the same day, as we are an outlet we work as an off the peg shop.
We have a seating area available for your bridal party that sites up to 4 guests comfortably where they can sit back and enjoy refreshments while you find your dream dress!
A. Private Late night appointments now available Tuesday – Thursday between 5pm – 7pm
A. The majority of our dresses are available to buy and take away the same day however in some cases we allow 50% deposit then the remaining balance to be paid within 6 weeks.
A. NO. We have no connection with any other outlet, Northallerton is our only one. We only stock and order brand new dresses from recognised designers and the majority of our dresses come directly from their factories or warehouses. We are a genuine outlet with over 1000 dresses NOT a boutique trying to sell off its old stock and claiming to be an outlet.

A. All of our dresses are available to buy and take off the peg the very same day however if a different size was needed in a dress, some can be ordered which can take up to months.
A. We have a comprehensive list of independent seamstresses in most areas who come highly recommended and who can provide an alterations service by appointment.

A. Yes we stock a wide selection of bridal accessories from traditional tiaras, headbands, hair vines and belts. We offer a huge selection of veils from Mori Lee, Veni Infantino, Emma Bridal and Twilight in a selection of different lengths from soft plain tulle to intricate lace detailing.
